February 7, 2017 (Houston, TX) - Industry publication, Captive Review, named Capstone's Vice President - Operations, Megan M. Brooks, ARM to its Power 50 "One to Watch List." Brooks was recognized as an up-and-coming industry player who is expected to play an increasingly influential role in the captive industry.
Brooks works closely with Capstone's President and COO, Charles B. Earls, CEO and its General Counsel, Stewart Feldman, along with The Feldman Law Firm LLP, in managing Capstone's operations.

In December 2015, Brooks was promoted to Capstone's executive management; she currently provides leadership to the Operations team. Brooks previously served as Capstone's Financial Risk Manager, providing client support in investments, corporate transactions, reinsurance arrangements, and asset-backed loan portfolios.

Brooks's experience includes over 16 years in accounting and finance with 11 years in the captive insurance industry. Brooks has a B.S. in Finance, along with a Certificate of Accountancy from University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Most recently, she was awarded the Associate in Risk Management by The American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
