Mr. Thompson is Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Capstone Associated Services, Ltd. Clete brings over 15 years experience as a marketing executive, sales professional, and client manager at both Fortune 500 and middle-market companies.

Mr. Thompson served as Director of Marketing for RBC Mortgage, the U.S. mortgage subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada, where he was responsible for a host of revenue-driving, business-to-business marketing programs. Mr. Thompson was successful in developing large-scale customer acquisition and client retention programs for the company's 150 retail branches. Over 1000 loan officers throughout the organization benefited by executing his turnkey referral-partner marketing programs.

Before joining the Royal Bank, Clete led the marketing and communications function for the corrugated container division of Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, a Fortune 500 paper- packaging manufacturer. In his role, he was responsible for identifying new packaging markets and marketing innovative products developed by the firm's design and engineering centers.

Mr. Thompson began his career as Director of Sales and Marketing at Video Airchecks News Retrieval Services, a Chicago-based public relations services firm, where he established and managed client relationships with dozens of Fortune 500 advertisers, including Motorola, IBM, McDonald's, Nike and both the NBA and NFL.
