To be clear, Capstone itself is neither a law firm nor a public accounting firm or an insurance company. The "Capstone Team" refers to the captive management group organized and coordinated by Capstone which draws upon, as appropriate, outside groups of corporate, federal and state tax, financing and regulatory lawyers, accountants and auditors, on-site managers, insurance brokers, risk managers, reinsurance consultants, local domicile resident managers, consulting actuaries and others, which together are part of the turnkey package of services coordinated by Capstone. However, each professional organization performs its respective functions and is responsible for such, despite being coordinated by Capstone. From time to time Capstone's assembled team includes lawyers, accountants and other professionals chosen by Capstone's clients apart from Capstone's usual team. For brevity throughout this website "Capstone" and "Capstone Team" have been used interchangeably and include for purposes of this website outside service providers (such as lawyers, accountants, and insurance professionals), whether designated by the client as drawn from Capstone's usual working team, but which are nonetheless coordinated by Capstone as part of its turnkey package of services.
